By submitting your reservation request, you automatically AFFIRM that you have been made aware of the current Reservation Agreement and Cancellation Policies by EDWARD Transportation, and you automatically AGREE to abide by all of the terms and conditions stipulated therein.


*Please Note: EDWARD Transportation does NOT provide child car seats or booster seats, so it is imperative that you understand the child safety laws for the state(s) in which you will be riding with an EDWARD driver prior to booking your service. Click here to learn more about these child safety requirements. By submitting your booking request, you acknowledge your responsibility to provide the necessary child safety restraint system(s) for your party.


Reservation Instructions

  1. BEFORE entering your reservation information, please click “login” on the top right of the booking square below, and either create a new account or sign into your existing account.
  2. PLEASE NOTE: When flying to/from an airport, please use the company airport code, e.g., SAV, BQK, or JAX, so that it will apply the correct rates, fees, and taxes.
  3. Under “Service Type,” you will see the options: “From Airport,” “To Airport,” “Charter,” and “Point-to-Point.” Use “From Airport” for pick-up at the airport and “To Airport” for drop-off at the airport. Use “Charter” for hourly services, and use “point-to-point” for transfers from one location to another.
  4. When you finish entering your reservation request, you will receive a notification immediately confirming that your request was successfully submitted. However, this does not guarantee that EDWARD Transportation has accepted your request.
  5. Once our team has reviewed and accepted your request, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation is your contract with us. Please review all of the details in the confirmation email, and contact us by text or call at (912) 771-1301 or by email at reservationdesk@edwardtransportation.com if you notice any errors or inaccuracies. Our team will then assign your reservation to your preferred concierge driver/vehicle of choice, if available. If your driver/vehicle selection is not available, we reserve the right to choose another driver/vehicle that is available. Rates may differ.
  6. Within two hours of their assignment, your concierge driver will contact you with an introduction and to review your ride details. If your reservation is more than one week away, your driver will reach out for their initial contact/introduction seven days prior to pick-up.

Please include your full contact information, the date/time of the reservation, the pick-up/drop-off location(s), the number of passengers, and the number of any baggage/golf clubs.
Please also let us know if you have a preference for the type of vehicle, which can be found on our Current Fleet page.
We also ask that you communicate the purpose of the reservation and the type of rate (hourly or point-to-point) in the subject line of your request.



Customer Reviews

STAR Rating: Drivers earn bonuses and ratings by their Customer Ratings and comments. After the ride is complete, you will receive a text and/or email to give a star rating. We hope our driver has earned a 5-star rating. You also have a chance to leave a comment, which will be posted to Google Reviews, on your driver’s behalf. Drivers who fall below a 4.95 rating are put on probation and are subject to dismissal from representing the EDWARD Transportation Brand. If you make a mistake and accidentally click on a star but didn’t mean to, you have a chance to change it through the email version sent to you.
